Christmas Cheer and a Happy New Year!

Well the fat man has been and my waist has expanded to a rather sizeable tyre. LOL. It was always gunna happen, and I am happy to announce my new years resolution is of course to lose weight and get fit, the same as 1 million or more other people. But seriously, I need to get moving as my tyre is starting to go flat and sag around my knees, grose.

I hope you all enjoyed christmas with your families. We had a pleasant time in Geelong with DH's family. I shared a christmas lunch and KK with my family a month ago, as we were all doing partners families this year. Mum was working too, so hopefull it will work out nicely now, as next year we can all get together, then seperate the following year, then together the following, etc. as mum works every second one. I have sorted a few pics of all our recent happy times, I apologise for the shit pics in Bendigo, we were sitting under a tree and it was way too dark, no idea what setting my camera was on, but clearly not the right one. I also missed the initial opening of the santa sack, because i had no memory card in, der. I have never done that before.
They both seemed very happy with their pressies, and to also share each others , which is good. Emmy gave Harry a little calculator, and Harry gave Emmy a doll and pram set. Santa gave Emmy a talking vaccuum, book, outfit, CD and my little pony. He gave Harry a talking BBQ, book, tshirt, felt creation thing and lots of leggo including a garbage truck (which he had been hoping for) Mum and Dad gave Emmy a musical ball thing, and Harry a big dinosour. Thats it, I guess compared to some kids it is a lot, but compared to others it is not a lot. I think it is reasonable, and was less than $200 each I think.

Here are some more christmas snaps. I must admit I only got a few goodies, but better than none.

There are no pics of Marks pressie, or mine. But he was very happy with his "Ablett Dynasty" framed pic, of the 3 abletts. And I was more than content with my gold H and E ball charms for my Pandora bracelet. It is getting quite full.
We also shared a beautiful dinner last night at Donovans, to celebrate the best and worst years of our lives (6 years married today, )hehe.
So that has been our week. Have a wonderful New Years Eve, and here's to plenty of blogging with friends in 2008.

How could they??

Yes, how could Penfold Mazda send me pictures and brochures of the new Mazda CX - 9. Teasing me like that. They surely know I covet this car from afar. I said to Mark last night "i WANT ONE", AND HE SAID WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR IT?"...i SAID "sANTA" indeed, I don't think this answer went down real well. LOL. So i will stick the picture on my wall and keep dreaming.

Butter wouldn't melt

I just found no time to take any christmas photo shoots this year with the kids. So I did take this, and had a very basic play in photoshop, I think it is very cute. I don't normally send out pics of the kids at christmas , but this year I thought they looked so sweet, and many of our friends and family hardly see them, so I decided why not!

Happy Holidays?

well, they are not unhappy, but holidays have gone from being a lovely time away between husband and wife, to a demanding time away with 2 children. Sure there are not the pressures that you have when you are home, but.... well there are other strains aren't there! Admittedly the communication going on between my dear husband and I is somewhat non existent, what can you do. Men are impossible, truly.
It is a nice place, old, but has everything we need. Great iced coffees, LOL. The kids club has been put to use today, and the last 2 days. although H fell asleep on our bed just as he was to go there yesterday. Didn't stop me though. All Mark wanted to do was have a sleep and read his book. So I went up the shops and had a wander and lunch and wine whilst reading the OK mag in peace, how civil.

I also found a jewellers that has pandora, so I spoilt myself with a new charm, I actually got a clip, a little gold flower, to help seperate some charms, stop them from moving around. The store also gave me a $20 discount off my next purchase, how unfortunate. We went to dream world, (not my idea) which was pretty much a disaster. A whole post on its own. Lets just say men do not think before they act. It was too hot and not alot for the kids. I would have planned better, looked at map and said lets go here etc, but no Yata just took off with the pram. So by the time we got to Wiggles world, H was over it, big time.

We are going to head to Pacific Fair for a wander around with out the kids, and maybe enjoy lunch together today whilst kids in kids club.
I bought some lovely foot scrub and cream for my manky feet, and they feel better already. Ok til the next time,
stay cool,
Kaz

Had to stop by!

Madly packing and organising the dog before we head off at lunch time. We are staying at the paradise resort in Surfers. Check it out, an awesome kids club, 3 hours a day each, bye kids. Hehe. planning sea world and another "world". Can't wait, Harry is going to just love it.

Had a wonderful time at Jess's wedding. I felt great, and (if I do say so myself) looked beautiful, and I had soo many comments, so It really boosted my (sometimes) low self esteem. Some dirty guy even told me I looked hot, LOL. My sincerest thanks to my most bestest bud Annie, I cannot express my gratitude enough, not only did you look after my 2, but you had your 3. 5 kids, great job. Wuv you.

Ok outta here, love and laughter.

P.S have crammed in my xmas cards to finish , and some scrapping, I may be way over my weight limit. hehe.

Ok here's are some snaps for your viewing pleasure, I know only 4, no time my friends. Will sort some more maybe on my return.

A real layout!

Yes i thought I would share a real LO. These are some sweet Heidi Grace papers I recieved in a RAK, thanks Sarah, they are lovely, and I hooked straight in. I love these photos, and I hate them. I love them cause I loved my dress, and it was a beautiful day. But I also hate them, as I look at that waist and wonder who the stranger is, !
In all honesty I would have a better chance at getting published if I actually submitted layouts. I really only submit every now and then, say 1 LO every 3 months, I will think I should submit something. So i need to make an effort. But who has the time. I am waiting on my Fiskers scalloped edge scissors from the city Lincraft and then I can put my finishing touches on my christmas cards to be sent out.
We have a wedding on Friday ( don't forget to come down to babysit annie, LOL) and then we head to Surfers on Sunday for 7 nights, so I may not get back. I will try.
Cheers people :)

A LO!!

Just wanted to share a special LO with you all.

Not really, ROFLMAO, hehehe.

But I just wanted to put it in for a laugh, cause it will probably never happen!!

Enjoy your day, I am at work.
p.s i borrowed this pic from Ruey's blog, hope thats ok??

Monday, 19 November 2007

hey gang!

I tell you I feel like I have not got a minute to scratch mywelf (as Harry would say).
I have had a fun day out for Jess's hens day, after I attended my friend Kat's baby Keeley's christening BBQ. Then I have had work, asthma friendly schools presentations, ENJO stuff, stampin up party at Michelle's (just to die for products, love the way it all just fits together soo beautifully, if i thought i had a spare minute I would become a consultant, more to get my own discount, with a demo her and there form interested parties!)maybe next year).

We are having a little family gathering in Bendigo on Sunday for xmas and Kris Kringle as we won't all be together, should be a fun day out.

Emmy decided last Monday she could pull herself up to stand, and get up a few of the stairs. It was so cute I was in the kitchen and Harry yells out "mum Emmy is standing up" , I ran in and here she was upright holding onto the lego box for dear life. Harry is a terror, but an adorable, cute dear boy. He tells me he loves me probably 50 times a day. He is clever at swimming, I missed so much as I took him from young but Mark was taking him the last year, and now I am back taking him. Well he just dives under like a fish, and jumps in and is so proud, and has no fear. he also enjoys Fizzed, and again I am so proud, he walks backwards on the balance beam, and climbs the big ladder, swings on the rings like a gymnast at the olympics. LOL. Not quiet, but he has great balance and agility.

God picture this, lying in bed after just jumping in, settling into my novel when out of the corner of my eye I spot something, I look up and here is a good sized black spider climing down his strand of web from our ceiling fan. I sprung out of bed and looked at it, it was a bloody red back, fuck!. we have had about 4 red backs in our bedroom, it freaks me out. I have decided I have a 6th sense about spiders, as every time the thought crosses my mind, I see one. freaky.

Thanks for popping by people, I appreciate your interest, in the blase, LOL.
I did my xmas shopping yesterday, spent 3 hours or so at Southland, by my welf, yea. So organised, pretty much anyway.

OK I am outta here, working an extra day tomorrow, so I can sort this paediatric asthma nurse workshop I organised. also have interview for exzema nurse on the 26th.
Cath ya.

I'm at work but...

thought i would quickly jump in and say HI. So HI.

enjoying work, found a little exzema nurse position, only 3.5 hours a week, but i know I love it, so if i get it, will have to work out what to do with the kids...

Phantom was great, not in to opera at all, but the set, costumes, and the story all just go se nicely together, and the opera side is actually beautiful.
IDOL - well what can I say, I think Matt Corby is cute but has shit hair (and he wears ridiculous clothes),. he is talented, with a great voice, so my money is on him. I like Natalie too, but she is just a singer, nothing stands out.
DANCE - well, awesome, they are bloody fantastic, and even though i have known the winner since about week 3 (google is an amazing thing, hehe) and i won't give it away , but I want to say I love Lacy, she can swing those hips.
I have a hens day this weekend, could end up messy, my alcohol tolerance is low, although I drink almost daily, I do not take indulgence well. Got a little christening before hand too, so a full day Saturday. I also did the ENJO stand at Southland on Tuesday, and again on Friday the 9th from 5 - 9, come visit me, we are outside priceline (safeway side). It is fun chatting to all the people.
Mark lost on the races, he is hopeless, i got second. but no money.

and my 1000th visitor came and went, only 1 comment (thanks sissy, can always rely on you, I might give you a pressie) the rest of you, well.....

Ok best do some work,
love and peace my dear admirers (LMAO)

Cheers, off to see Phantom of th Opera tomorrow with my husband, shuld be lovely.

just quickly

A million things to do as usual, so....
I had a lovely weekend away in Deniliquin with my sister. The kids adore her, so sweet. Thanks sissy.
I have a few editions to my bracelet, nice. and when I get a minute I will upload my wish lest, LOL. Just in case any of you feel the desire to bestow gifts upon me.
got to go get sorted for work, such a pain.
Had fun today at a play centre with 7 girls from work (old work, we used to all work on the ward together, amny years ago, now kids and other career paths have seperated us).
Here's a couple of LO just for something to look at!

Tata for now. Mwoah

She's how old???

well I am not telling, cause I actually forget. LMAO. Truly I have to really think about it, I think old age senility has set in already.

So yes I celebrated (not really) a birthday yesterday. I mean not really celebrated because I stayed at home all day until my DH cane home at 4 pm and said I am home, you can go buy your present now. I mean ....MEN. He knew what I wanted, but doesn't get the concept of how nice it is for him to go, and go with the kids to get it and present it to me on the morning of my birthday. He is so unpredictable. One year I get a card and present, then the next year he has made me (yes him, on his own) a double page layout (everyone all together aaahhh), and then this year I get nothing..no card, no present, no flowers. He said what difference does it make if I get it, or you get it, you end up with the same thing. whatever darling.

So off I went to Trewarne jewlers at Southland to purchase my Pandora bracelet, including 3 charms, 1 from Mark, and one from each of the kids, plus 2 from money my inlaws sent (Thanks Glenny and Bri). Si I got a padlock and key from hubby, and the little boy and little girl from the kids, and a hanging heart and ball of hearts from the inlaws. My theme is family. So I will get charms representing me, my kids and husband and life..as that is my family. I also did the grocery shopping and bought myself some lillies, why not!

Other than that Emmy has an ear infection so I had her at the doctors and sleeping on me on and off all day. My friend Jess also popped over, so It was nice to see an adult. We had a charddy with our salad roll for lunch. Hehe. I then got thai takeaway for dinner (E too grizzly to take out) I am going to a class at local scrap shop Thursday night as my birthday outing.
I also purchased a nice little (actually not so little) black bra, as I have a few functions coming up, and the maternity bra is not really a good look. I have to say I have essentially been in a manky mat bra for 3 years. Not much longer now and after about 23 months I also have "them" back. It was bliss with out them, but at least I know my body still functions, LOL.

We went to Chadstone on Sunday to see ASIMO, the robot thing. Harry liked it, I had to leave before he started because Emmy was very upset and couldn't get comfortable, poor darling.
Ok best go to other really important chores.
Till next time cheerio and enjoy the rest of your week.

Meltdown

Well they say it can happen, but you never think it will happen to you. Well, it did happen to me. My laptop stopped functioning. IT would not load, and then would not turn on at all. Aaaargh. Did I have any important files, or photos on it. I couldn't remember, without "My Documents" staring me in the face. Stupip f*****! Anyway the IT man has taken it away and is doing resus! Pray :) And I will tell you do a regular back up of all your documents, that is today's lesson.

On the home front, I have had annual leave this week, which means I had 2 days off whilst kids still in creche. So of course i had a To Do list , that I probably would need a year to achieve it all. And I didn't get any of it done. Funnily enough a file backup was on my to do list. hehe. I did however, get some shopping done in peace, always nice...have coffee with a friend, and then on Thursday go to the movies after a yummy wine and chicken salad lunch. I know manyof you don't get the whole going to the movies by yourself thing, but I am over worrying that people willl think I have no friends. I don't know these people, and I am comfortable in my own skin to know that I have several (close) friends. The beauty of a movie on my lonesome is I can sit and relax, not have to discuss bits thu the show, or worry they are not liking it. I love it.

The kids are well, Emmy is crawling (well sort of) she has one leg out to the side and the other tucked behind her, and pulls herself along, rather quick I might add. She crawls like a normal baby on the carpet upstairs and on the grass. She is way to cute , loves baa baa black sheep , nods her head, with one big long nod to questions. Is eating well. Her main problem is she has bad (not really bad, I have seen much worse) exzema. Poor love, she scratches her poor legs, and it doesnt help that she drags herself along the floor on her dry, red leg. It is all over her tummy, on her arms, and both legs. Got the sorbolene out, so hopefully it will improve.

Mark is good, after his own mini meltdown after the marathon (several unplanned toilet stops were involved, LOL) no i shouldnt laugh. His body just resisted.
TV wise, I am loving So you think you can dance. The disco number last night was fabbo. Idol is soo shit. I am a huge idol fan, but I really feel this lot are a bit immature in their presentations/vocals. There are no standouts. They are turning every song they do upside down in order to ne "individual" , but it is just too much. Good singers, but not great, sorry that is just my opinion. No Anthony's or Ricky Lee. Needless to say I am looking forward to tonights 2 specials.

Ok best sort kids out of the bath.

Hello to all my regulars, and I miss your blogs, can"t remember addresses, as you are all in my faves on the (dead) laptop! :(

Bloody Slack and / or busy!

Oops I just realised it has been over a week since I blogged. But it is late and I am too tired now, so I will just mention I am having a fun weekend at Paperfic at the Scrappit stand. Through the week I had Kim here, we had a nice time, including a trip into the city where we enjoyed a mini makeover at the body shop, a yummy lunch of dips and calamari and risotto, with a delish glass of chards, followed by the most enjoyable show "Priscilla Queen of the Desert".

Last weekend I had an awesome ENJO demo, and I have 2 more next weekend.
Kids are great, no colds, amazing.
Mark nearly killed himself doing the melbourne marathon last weekend. But he is still keen to do the triathalon summer series.

Ok, must get some sleep, it is a bloody long day at Paperific. I will leave you with a pic of the make and take I am teaching. Very cute little magnet, the customers have loved it.
Thanks everyone for stopping buy. I love it. Nearly 1000 hits, I will have to think of a special treat for the lucky 1000 person.
Stay tuned.

Bestest Kaz

P.S a special Congrats to my cousin Amy who just had a little baby boy - Kane, all the best guys. xxx.

Gday

Well I thought my blog was a bit drab, and as a scrapper realised I never load any layouts, and that is generally because i mainly blog on my laptop, and all my layouts are scanned on the desktop.
Just bumming around this week. Work, catch up with friend tomorrow at a playcentre. Which I like, as Harry goes off and plays, and I can chill. There is also an area for bubbas, so Emmy enjoys a play too.
I enjoyed my DVDs last weekend. Disturbia was very good, a real thriller, bit scary. Needless to say when I went to bed at 1230 am, and was woken at 0130 am to a man climbing in my bed, I SHIT myself. Mark had come home, was too drunk, so he wandered home. He has no stamina anymore. Not that I can talk, I have not been drunk for over 3 years. He never made it to Geelong, instead hung out at Fed Square. But a bonus for me was he took both kids to Geelong on Sunday. So I got to enjoy some true real me time. I got heaps done. Felt like I actually achieved things for the first time in 3 years. LOL. I got 2 big loads of washing in and put away, WOW I hear you say. I know!! I also hung 2 smaller loads out, I watched another movie (The last king of Scotland, interesting, good), did a face mask and got a layout done. Also some much needed stuff from work I had to get done. Very good day.Very rare I have time to myself to do what I chose, without having to worry about getting home etc. So thanks Yata. We then had family time on Monday, and took the kids to this cool park in Frankston, after seeing it on Sarahs blog. Will post pics another time. It was a bit windy, but H loved it.
Kim arrives on Saturday, so we may go to movies, and heading to Werribbee for lunch with bro and SIL, and I also have a demo. Wednesday we are going to see Priscilla Queen of the Desert, should be fun.

Right going to bed, right into a Jodi Picoult book ATM- The Pact

Love yas and leave yas, till next time.

The CATS kicked ass!!

Well my hubby is one very happy camper. After paying $600 for his ticket to see Geelong play in the AFL grand final, he is now celebrating their win, and is somewhere in the great abyss of Geelong drunkards.

On an even brighter note I found this today (yes it is hard rubbish here in our neighbourhood, LMAO). It has definately seen better days, and I thought i could paint it or something and Harry loves it, and that is what is important.
Anyway I am enjoying some peace, both kids sleeping peacefully. I am watching DVDs and doing articles for the paediatric newsletter. An article including one about child car seats. I am particulary concerned about the lack of information we, as parents have about the appropriate restraints we should use. Maybe I should cut and paste it.
Anyway best get back to my DVDs...

An angelic, haunting voice.

I meant to look up Eva Cassidy some time ago, but like always I got sidetracked. So tonight she was background music on Dance , and it reminded me. Sad story , she died from cancer in 1996, melonoma. What a loss, she has one of the most beautiful voices I think I have ever heard, and I am going to attempt to insert some you tube footage here, It will bring a tear to your eye. There are some other songs on you tube if you just search her name, including over the rainbow.

Songbird was fleetwood mac song I think -

and Fields of Gold by Sting

I am off to find her CD tomorrow, i just think she is divine.

RIP Eva.

Mumble, mumble

Life is too busy, with what I am not sure, but I have NO time to do ANYTHING, or so it would seem.
So we had a lovely catch up with the girls on Monday in Bendigo , my 3 friends whom I went to Uni with. Can't believe we finished a million years ago, in 1991. I officially have my Masters of Nursing (Children) too if i haven't mentioned it yet. Woo Hoo.

Harry is good, but insisting he sleep upstairs on his flip out couch. It is not in our bed, so at the moment we don't care, but it may be difficult to get rid of him, hmmm.

Emmy is coughing and wheezing and spewed all over me tonight, noice.

Mark is beside himself with excitement about the grandfinal, GO CATS. He paid a ridiculous amount for tickets, of which he paid via internet banking, with no tickets in his hand, so it better be ridgy didge, or i will be pissed. He doesnt spend much money, and it has been a while for the cats, so I am happy for him.

I had a one on one ENJO demo tonight, and sold nearly $900 worth. Not bad for an hours work, and the house was gorgeous too. I am now working otwards the free yearly consultant trip, which is Perth and Margaret River next year. The specials from 1st October are awesome too, stay tuned on my ENJO blog for an update soon.

right, off tobed. Have to read a few pages of my book, started a new Jodi Picoult, and so far so good.

I must get to Big W in the morn, they have a 40 ribbon pack (3 metres each) for 30 dollars, and they look great.

Cacth ya

Can't be bothered

I really have no energy to type anything here.
So thats it.
No News.
Mark still coughing like an old smoker. Had a growth off his ear last week, ? melanoma. Gets results tomorrow, hopefull will be all clear.
Emmy still has a lovely green nose, frequent candlesticks as Annie would say. LOl
I had my stampin up demo on Saturday, that was fun, beautiful products. Might become a consultant, so I can get cheaper stuff. If you would be interested in a party let me know, cause if there is interest maybe it will push me into the decision, this would be just a hobby, I wouldn't pursue demonstrations, but let them come to me.
Have done a couple of LO over the weekend.
Harry is good
Off to work tomorrow.
Hope you are all well. Catch ya soon

Howdy Doody..

Hiya, I am a bit sleepy, so a quickie.

I had a beautiful weekend in Daylesford with my 2 favourite girls, my sister Kim and daughter Emmerson. A little girls weekend away. We stayed in Hepburn Springs in a cute little renovated miners cottage. We set up scrapping on the kitchen table, and spread Emmy's toys everywhere, and made ourselves at home. Wine and food was had, as was good conversations and plenty of laughs. Friday night was just catching up and one lonely little LO by me, we also enjoyed delicious Thai takeaway. Saturday we strolled around Daylesford. Then back to our residence for a 90 minute facial and massage. We had the new ENJo candle and it was so just divine, even the therapist commented. We then had some more delightful food out at a local italian restaurant. we ended up taking our mains home, as Emmy was a bit hot, and grizzly. I worked on 3 more LO overall. Both mornings we cooked up bacon and eggs, yummo. On Sunday we packed up an checked out the local market and then had lunch at the Boathouse. I have eaten here a couple of times, and don't remember that it was anything spectacular. Well this confirmed my vague recollection. I had a caeser salad, which was just that, a caeser. nothing special. It was priced outrageously @ $22.50 . If i get time I am writing them a letter. Whether you had traditional, chicken or salmon it was the same price. I can assure you for that price I expected the BEST caeser salad I have ever had. Sadly not to be, anyway then Kim and I hugged and we parted ways. I just want to say sissy, THANK YOU sooooo much for a wonderful weekend, and for you genorosity and always unconditional love. I treasure our friendship more than you know. Love always Kaz. xxxx

Night friends.

HiYa :)

I don't really have too much to say. But felt like blogging. Can get a bit addictive, which is unfortunate when i just start at 9 or 10 at night, and i start checking out someones blog from someone elses blog, and on and on it goes.
Work this week, still enjoying it, and relying on all of your positiv evibes for me to keep this job.

I am ecstatic about viewing on the TV ATM. Idol is back, i do love aussie idol , and also so you think you can dance. I fell soo much in love with this show last series. The dancers are amazing. The show just makes me feel happy. They have awesome music, and just fab dancing of all styles. My love of these shows is my hidden desire to be a singer and a dancer, LOL.

Emmerson has her vaccinations in the morning, and then to see her physio on Monday. Just for a check up, as she is not crawling, or rolling, and certainly not pulling to stand or walking. I am not worried, but just thought I would get her checked out , specifically to ensure it is not something related to her traumatic birth.
I can't believe the other day, I put her on our bed along the line of the pillows, not the normal way you lie in the bed, and i went to grab H out of the shower, next minute I hear an almighty banh and a scream. She bloody fell off the bed, her position was soo not one that I would expect from a fall. I have NO idea what happened. I think maybe she did roll, pushed herself to sitting, which then placed her at the edge of the bed, and kapow. poor baby,...bad mother here (hangs head in guilty shame). Oh and she finally has 2 teeth, or barely, they are just poking thru. The first one came the weekend i was in echuca and the second, last weekend.
H is still a terror, but luckily an adorable, sweet one. H is liking Fizzed, and enjoys creche, especially Wednesdays when he gets to hang out with Toby, his bets mate.
ENJO are releasing delicious room spray and a candle, both made of natural ingredients, and smell delicious. check out www.karensenjo.blogspot for more info.

Right gotta go organise 2 study sessions I am presenting.
Catch ya.

My BABY girl is 1

Sob, I can't believe that one year ago I had my second baby, a little girl Emmerson Grace Yates.

So today we celebrated with a wonderful party. A fairy tale jumping castle, home made sausage rolls, pooh bear cake and takeaway pizza, with good company and great weather equals a wonderful day.

So enjoy a few snaps. I am off to bed.
Cheers

Go CATS

Here's Harry having a blast at the footy.

So cute.

Kaz's Catch Up

All the sickies are much improved. Mark has actually gotten out of bed. I was amazed, he never sits still, let alone stay in bed for 2 days.
The kids and I had a lovely time at my nephews 2nd birthday on Saturday. Then Mark took Harry to his 1st ever AFL game on Sunday. Go Cats, their purrfect reign continues. I enjoyed a couple of movies over the weekend (LOL, just adding to my tally) Casino Royale and Notes on a Scandel. Really liked Notes.
I am in the middle of a couple of projects for Scrappit for Paperific, the big craft show in October. A couple of layouts with Scrappit exclusive products, and 2 make and takes. I have done a little mini album, and i think it is very cute. I will put pics of the kids in it, as people at work are always asking for pics. The other make and take is in planning stages in my (muddled) head.
Right best get this weary head to bed. Sucked in watching SVU, mariska is so neautiful.

I have NO life!!

Saw this on another girls blog and I couldn't wait to see my result, because I do love a movie. Now it is as accurate as my memory, so some I may have marked off and not seen, and some I may have not marked off, but actually see. So I think it will even out.

Apparently if you have seen more than 85 movies out of this list of over 200 then you are deemed (by someone - not sure who?) to HAVE NO LIFE!!!

Umm!

not much going on here in Mordi. But i want to stay close to the people, LOL.
I am loving work. Getting right into it. Got called to creche today, talking of nothing happening. Emmerson had a temperature. Not surprising considering Harry was sick the last couple of days, febrile, and miserable complaining of a headache. So I took him to the docs, with his history of recent ear infections. Sure enough he has ear and throat infection with bronchitis and mild asthma. I sat there amazed, wondering where one illness started and the other began. He has had 4 doses of antis now and seems fine, bugger, he slept all morning and some of arvo yesterday, so peaceful. LOL. Anyway I picked E up and she came back to work with me til Mark picked her up. She has seemed fine since.

OMG OMG OMG, So you think you can dance is coming back, August 30th, I can hardly contain myself. I soo loved the series last time. Most may know I am a closet singer and dancer. Doing gymnastics and calasthentics in my prime, yea ok that might have been 20 years ago, don't rub it in. I am also happy idol is back, because I also love it. Love any singing / dancing show. Have a big weekend, my nephews 2nd birthday, and then my friends kids 1st birthday. I thinnk Mark is also taking Harry to his first ever AFL game, good luck with that one yata! My sister and I have also decided to have a scrap weekend away, the 2 of us, to Daylesford (Emmy will come of course), but I am really looking forward to it now.
This is my latest LO, sweet little darling.

Ok off to do bits and pieces.
Love xx

Life goes on!

The days go by and I have nothing much to report. But because I know my faithful followers (LOL) will be checking in religiously, eagerly awaiting new reports, I thought it best i say something at least. I have had a lovely week. I had my first sick day on Wednesday. I had a bit of a head cold, and felt a bit headachy, and with a full day seminar on Thursday in the city, thought it best to rest up. Which I did, other than a couple of odd jobs for Emmersonn's party , I relaxed on the couch and watched soapies, from Dr Phil, and Oprah to Days and Young and the Restless (first time since it went to pay tv). Sad I know. I had the seminar on Thursday, and asthma one. which was enjoyable, excpet i saw the guy whose job I am doing, and he informed me "he was sorry to say that he wasn't really enjoying the job he is doing ATM" bummer. Everyone needs to say Karen will stay in this job, and then I will. (Bit like "The Secret".)
Friday I caught up with my good mate from Mothers group for a quick coffee, and then we had Fizzed. Harry seems to be liking it, so thats good. Emmy is desperately trying to move around, but gets her leg stuck, and doesn't want to pull herself too far, too funny.I hope it is not to do with her birth, Erbs palsy, and maybe slight decreased strength in that arm. maybe I should see her physio again?? She is so cute, doing peek a boo, and blowing kisses. She also says Ta, such a sweetie.
As for me my 28 day Vit C challenge is obviously finished, and i won't do a pic, as I don't think I looked any more gorgeous, hehe. As for the Lite and Easy, well it has been good. But at times i wanted more to eat. Like when there was only an apple for morning tea. I also had a seminar which included dinner Monday night and the all day one Thursday, both of which i ate there food. Delicious. I am not going to starve, and not enjoy life, F*** that. For 1/. I love food, and 2/. life is too short. This is really trying to get me into good habits, make me realsie how many meals i need a day, portion control etc. I also walked once, woo hoo. Except my bloody ipod ran out of batteries about 5 minutes up the road, bummer.
last night i ordered a box office movie from Foxtel and sat there and scrapped at the same time. Lovely. then today I did the same, in between some washing. Boring, but nice to just sit. the kids were here, dicking around. Although H had swimming in the morning.

OK going to finish this other LO
ENJO deliveries tomorrow,
I am having my Stampin Up party on the 15th Sept if anyone is interested. The more the merrier.OMG the stuff is so beautiful Did my wish list today and it was nearly $300., Better sell some ENJO tomorrow!!

Peace friends

Have to post again, too excited not to!

Yea, my tote came today. It is so delicious. After much trouble trying to get this in Australia, I resorted to a store on ebay, and it arrived today. I have to continue to fill it up, but it is wonderful. I need to go to a crop now.

Cheers, and enjoy the rest of your day.

P.S Thanks for all of your comments, I do read them, and appreciate them greatly.

Weekend Ramblings!!

Ok, so what is happening, let me see.
Harry, Emmy and I went to Southland yesterday, as I took some meat back that I bought on the 31, and when i looked at it thursday night, (the 2nd) to see if we would eat it, or the mince, i realised it expired on the 1st, dodgy. Anyway, we ended up somehow bringing home a new "pet". Yes i got harry a Siamese fighting fish. He was only $12 so i thought bargain, but by the time i got some foliage, water conditioner, food and rocks I had spent $50. They certainly saw me coming, LOL. harry has named him Nemo, and he so does not look like Nemo, he is vwery blue, and only blue. In even more exciting news, I popped into my fave jewellers , Trewarne at Southland, and to my delight, they have the Pandora line. Woo Hoo. Because I don't want no dodgy fakes from ebay etc. I want authentic Pandora of course.

In other news, (which i was going to keep to myself), as i am so ashamed of myself turning into a fatty boombah, that telling everyone, is like admitting that I am overweight, and if i fail then i would be even more embarrased. But in an effort to have my friends support, and in order to make me accountable I am telling you my secret....
Today I started Light and Easy, and I plan to do it for maybe 6 weeks. My short arse (aka petite LOL) 158 cm frame weighs in at 74.2 kg., Massive I know. God pre harry when I lost weight before I remember saying to myself "right I will never be over 60 kg ever again. yea, well 2 kids later and i need to join overeaters anon. In a homage to my impending weight loss i even threw out half a packet of salt and vinegar chips last night. Now that was hard, LMAO. So here I am day 1, so far so good, hehe. God help, that's all i can say.

Last night i enjoyed 2 DVD's - Miss Potter and Razzle Dazzle. Both good. I also really enjoyed some yummy Thai takeaway Pad Thai gai, delish. Bye takeaway!!We have been to swimming this morning (most pleasant sight, NOT!), bye the way mark is in Geelong, did I mention that. Having some him time at the footy. He is loud and proud Cats supporter at the moment. And I am going to go scrapping tomorrow, 12 - 4pm. So that will be nice. Right must go make a coffee, and work out how many cals extra I can have with breastfeeding.(yougurt, not chips or biscuits, damn).

Oh and I have been tagged as a rockin blogger chick, and I am meant to tag 5 more. Don't know 5 people who read my blog, that have blogs. So I tag Annie and Leia.. And I pretty much think it just means we are cool, hehe.

cheers from the cool chick! :)

A quickie!!

LOL, haven't had a quickie for awhile.
was gunna share some cute pics of Emmy splashing in the bath, but no time. Honestly where does the day go.
So a very quick update,
Emmy and I went shopping on Saturday, just medicare, pics etc.. and maybe i stopped by at Esprit. Hehe.
I am also very excited becasue i finally bought my tote i have been desperate for, and have been unable to get from here. So thanks to ebay it should be her within 9 days.
Mark and H had swimming and went to Marks latest job to do stuff, no idea really.
on Sunday the 4 of us went and saw The Simpsons Movie. It was ok, entertaining enough, but really just the same as the tv show. After that we went to the opening of the new community centre, as they had captain feathersword. Well Mark thought he started at 1.30 pm. In fact he finished at 1.30. So H saw him for 5 minutes, which in fact is enough.
Yesterday the kids and i bummed around. Called into Carol, my managers. Harry had a lovely time playing with Elmo in the pram. Cute.
The 3 of them ( H , E and Mark) are all coughing. Emmy is a bit miserable, poor cherub. I am fine. Haven't scrapped since my weekend away, bummer.
I then went out for dinner last night (ENJO monthly meeting). We had a small crew, so decided to go out for Thai, it was yummo.
Damn just kicked over my wine glass and broke it. Bloody red wine everywhere. Yep i am on the reds, lowering my cholesterol , preventing cancer etc.
Ok on a last note, I am now coveting this (yes I know I move from one obsession to the next, but I saw one on my manager last night, and it looked gorgeous.

Back in Melbourne after a weekend away to Echuca.

and as you can see I had a bit of a makeover. I had to do something, after not getting to the hairdressers for a few months, and doing home colours (not advised) my hair was getting greyer and greyer. It was looking somewhat tragic, so my wonderful friend Andrea came to the rescue. THANK YOU dahling, Mwah (thats a kiss).
What a trip home, great on all aspects, not only did I get to see nearly all of my family, stay with my beautiful friend, and get a great makeover, but I did an ENJO demo, and did over $1000. The kids had a lovely time, Emmy loved Andrea's cats, and Harry had a blast running around non stop with her son Mitchell, who is 7. I was going to load a pic of the 3 of them in the bath, and then decided it may be taken by some manky pervert, hence i will not be sharing that one. You will have to put up with my ugly mug instead, LOL.

We drove to Echuca on Friday after FizzEd (harry's new activity, after the failure of playball), he seemed to enjoy it, they had gym rings, and a big wooden ladder, like in a gymnasium. and i could sit with Emy and have a coffee. They have highchairs and those walking things for babies (which i thought were banned), so Emy and i got to chill, whilst H had fun. Will take pics next week. On the Saturday we drove over to Cohuna, and took Dad to lunch, who had a birthday the weekend before. It was great because Kim came, and my brothe Jon, and his wife Leia, and my other SIL happened to be home, so she came to. Mum also came along, so we got to catch up with everyone, except Leigh. It was nice. The kids ran amock in the tavern, but it wasn't too busy, so I don't think they annoyed too many people. I did my demo on the Sunday, and we enjoyed a yummy pizza Sunday night. Andrea did my makeover on Monday. One slight hiccup, I left the bloody car DVD on and when we went to leave on Monday, had a flat battery, oops. Anyway, Andreas partner had a charger, and that did the trick.

I managed to get 5, (yes 5, ) layouts done over the weekend. Great when you do not have to worry about housework etc, i just had all my stuff out on the table, and it is central, so the kids were right there. Admittedly Andrea and I stayed up until 1 am Friday and midnight Saturday, so that helped. So nice to catch up, and spend time with someone who enjoys a charddy as much as me, LMAO. Love ya hon! Will share my pages when i gat a chance to scan them.

I am considering changing to drinking mainly red, then at least I am contributing to my good health, instead of bad health. All the benefits of red wine and all. Right then, best go sort out the piles of washing.
Peace , Kaz xxxx

Bit of this and bit of that.

An update of sorts,

but first, things I am LOVING at the moment

mashies from KFC, they are soo delicious. I almost drawn in every time I drive past, almost.

Songs I am loving - Pinks Dear Mr President, Fergies Big Girls don"t cry and Natasha Bedingfields whole album. You know when you just really fall in love with a song and have 2 play it over and over. Sometimes there is a song that has music, beat, harmonies, words etc that I just really dig, and these 2 Fergie and Pink songs are so good. and Natasha is just a great artist, her songs are all so well written and executed.
Updates of the Yates Clan -
Me - well 3 weeks into work and i am settling right in. Have seen 1 client already, another 2 tomorrow. Need to get to GP clinics and to the hospitals to do a bit of PR, remind them they can refer. I am off to Echuca this weekend, have a demo, should be good. Had an ENJO seminar on the weekend last, which was great, always nice to see other consultants, and the CEO. Always motivational for life. Improving oneself, to get the best out of life. We then went to the pixar anniversary show thingy at Fed Square. Bit disappointing, but may have been to do with pushing a pram thru ignorant people who stand in the middle of the hall, or stop mid way through there walk, in front of me, Grr.
Mark - He is loving the footy at the moment, GO CATS, and is madly busy doing quotes. But is pissed off with his labourers, who only turn up when they feel like it. So a Grrr from Yata too.
Harry - madly active, live wire as usual. His latest is being Buzz lightyear, and running madly from one end of the house to the other. He also now says bloody, I hear him in his room saying to his toys "ya bloody thing", and has said to me "bloody mummy", and about what, I can't remember, but said "bloody timmy", LOL yes, we use Timmy in this house alot, as a way to say you idiot, which stems from the kid in the wheelchair off Southpark (no disrespect to people in a wheelchair)Mark and I just looked at each other and laughed, so hard not too.
Emmerson - well not too much, but not crawling, still NO teeth, she sits there with legs spread and one behind her, tummy nearly on the floor, wanting to move, but just can't work it out. She is eating a few items now - puree apple, broccoli florets, pasta and yoghurt. rice crackers, cruskits and teddy bears too . Go Emmy girl.

What else, ummm, that will have to do. I need to go and do a layout.

Great to chat, and will catch ya soon.

A special hello to my friend Nicole in Perth, hey Hippy, think of you often, hope you are all well.

Love Kaz

Stupid thing won't let me add a title. Anyways, just wanted to pop in and say Hi. Had a full on weekend, doing nothing. I did a one on one in Prahran, and that was productive. Then when i returned home we all went to Southland, as Mark wanted new sneakers. So we spent a couple of hours there. I don't think I got anything for myself, how rude. But then Mark wanted to go agin, this time to show Harry "the Simpsons". A show of Homer, for the promo for the upcoming movie. So off we went to Southland for the second time in as many days. Yata (Mark) HATES southland, so this was unheard of. Homer was fun, did a few dances etc, and there was free popcorn. There was also a list of 24 shops, of which 12 had donut pictures on their windows. We had to stick the donut stickers on the corresponding shops to go in the draw to win tickets to the premier. The were drawing it a 3pm, and I haven't heard from them, so I assume we didn"t win. Oh well. I think I will organise a sitter and take Mark, as it is his fave show. We had fun looking for all of the donuts. I got a new pair of uggies, delicious, too hot really, LOL. and a new bag for Emmerson for creche. And we all jumped for joy when Mark got a spiderman toy out of those games with the claws. Everytime we go to "Southy" (my pet name for Southland, hehe, yes we have pets names, very close) we play this damn thing, have spent hundreds I am sure, and we thought it was rigged and no one ever wins, well yesterday we won a spider man. It was soo funny as Yata nearly had it, and the claw was moving towards the hole, and we were screaming and the bloody thing fell off, we all went "Oh" and Harry nearly cried, then he tried again and got it. Well we all squeeled with delight, too funny. Do ya think I could get a decent pic of them both together with their new items, NO!!

They are too cute though.
Bye bye.

P.S I actually went for a walk yesterday with Taffy, amazing.
P.P.S Blogger seems to think it is Yesterday, as I noticed it has labelled this post Sunday, but FYI, it is actually 5.30 pm on Monday the 9th July.

The weekend is here!

Well I am officially a worker again, hehe. I started back at work on Wednesday. Bit dull really as i had no internet access (how rude, how the hell am I meant to check emails and blog, LMAO), and i orientated to people and sites of the service I will probably rarely see or visit, oh well.

Emmy did fine at creche, a few tears, but tired and moist cough/ wheezy chest (yea how relevant that the asthma educator has 2 wheezy children) won't help. She was very well behaved for Auntie Kim. She is still eating yoghurt and tonight loved playing with cubes of pumpkin and potato (christ the bloody mess), of which i will see how much she ate when she poos tomorrow, eeew.
Kim's visit was short and sweet. But we did get out last night and see Knocked Up. It was soo good, loved it. I think we laughed the whole way thr. In between a few tears, and cringes during the labour scenes. Think I had my legs crossed, LOL.

Harry has an ear infection, about his 4th one now. but he is fine. Not much slows him down for too long.

Mark is fine, bit bummed he couldn't get to the footy tonight, but who would want to go out in this bloody cold wet weather. Only 9 degrees here today. Not that I am too fussed. It cracks me up that we all go around saying how cold it is, it is bloody winter, what do we expect!!

Love my new blog. I think it is a noice personal touch to my business, something for my customers to utilise, with no pressure to talk to me and feel like i want something from them. Which I really don't. I am just happy to educate people about the alternative that is out there. If i sell a bit here and there, great, scrapping money, if not, no dramas.

Right kids both asleep, 1/4 to 9, perhaps I could whip out a very quick LO, maybe.

Cheers my darlings.

Great Special :)

Hi Everyone,
just wanted to let you all know that ENJO are offering DOUBLE REWARDS for a short time, this is a great special, only done occassionaly. From now until 10th August you can host a demo and earn yourself 2 of the free host rewards. This means you could get the floor cleaner and fibre FOR FREE. Or perhaps the flexi for your cobwebs and squirting boards, or the window cleaner. Lots of choices. (depending on sales you could get heaps more too). A great way to get started with your ENJO, or an even better way to top up your supplies, even use it as a great pressie. All you have to do is host an ENJO demo , which shows you all of our great products, including some new window and dust fibres. You only need a minimum of 2 friends and I will show you how to clean faster, easier and leave your surfaces cleaner longer whilst saving your money, health and importantly in todays environmental state, the world. I am happy to do a demo in the evening, during the day, or on weekends. Whatever suits you. Just give me a call and we can discuss your needs. NO PRESSURE for you or your guests to buy, I am just happy to show you AN ALTERNATIVE to the way you already clean, with all of the benefits that go with chemical free cleaning, (and have a catch up, a good way to get out of the house, hehe). I can also do a one on one demonstration, and feel free to tell your family and friends who may be interested.
Phone 0408 731 643 or 9512 0427.
Have a great week.
Cheers Karen

OOPS...

Ummmmm. well i have a confession. I sort of forgot my vow not to buy any clothes. As you know i said i needed pants and shirt for work (no my boobs DO NOT fit into my old work shirts, I look forward to getting them back to myself!) So I walked thru MYER after getting portrait place pictures of the kids and saw some bargainf flat boots (I had also been wondering what footwear i would wear), and this to die for knit, which i had been coveting, but had not seen anywhere, except on other shoppers. I just bought the boots without a second thought, and they scanned for $10 less than the already bargain price bonus. I had considered the knit was too expensive, but my love of the item got the better of me. Believe it or not, when I am trying to be good, and save money I can usually say no you don't need it, but ocasionally when i just lurve an item, i CANNOT help myself. I also got H a pair of blunies (he did only have 1 pair of shoes that fit him, and these ones only cost $16, another bargain), and as i was wondering thru Target, they had this soo cute little poncho/jumper thingy which will look gorg on Emmy, and again, i completely forgot my vow. But it was %40 off, and I love to shop ahead of seasons, this was a size 2. I rarely buy the kids clothes full priced. So I jusify it that way. Oh and i got H a pair of PJs with skull and cross bones, as he loves pirates and hates his other pjs with monsters , cause "they're too scarey" god love him, the pjs were only $10, another bargain.

sorry about all the posts, but i felt each topic was worthy of its own entry.

It's a bloody miracle!

Well I cannot believe it. Emmerson has decided to eat. Far out brussel sprout. On Monday, 1 day before she turned 10 months i was doing my usual food offering, of yoghurt, and she kept opening her mouth. I could not believe my eyes when she ate the whole container, (ok they are small containers, the little baby ones, but still, work with me here, I was so ecstatic I was yelling woo hoo). LMAO. Then that arvo I tried some apple and blackcurrent puree, and she ate some of that. She has persisted in eating small amounts of this sloppy shit. I tried banana and avocado this afternoon, but no, did not want it. She had been playing with broccoli florets and tasting them, but tonight she hooked right in. yea ha. Go Emmy. Here is the cherub. Cheers.

28 Day Vit C challenge!

Hi all,
well I felt like a boost, so i happened to be in the Body Shop looking around and was talking to the chick, long story short, I decided to get their 28 day Vitamin C capsule challenge. Tonight is Day 2. the pack has 28 little orange capsule full of time released vit C. It is meant to visibly improve skins radience. As per the box it is a clever time release system that steadily delivers pure vitamin C. It evens out skin tone, brightens a dull complexion, softens the appearance of fine lines and protects from environmental aggresors. God in 28 days I will be unrecodnisable. Hehe.
Hope you like my before pic, LOL. Lets see if there is any difference in 28 days.
Bye

Where on earth did the last 24 hours go?

Yea, well my update yesterday has turned in to tonight.

I went to a crop at my lss (local scrap shop) on Friday night, came home to feed Emmerson, and it all turned to shit. She ended up screaming , Harry spilt his milk on the couch yada yada yada. So I go to get my stuff from the shop, I had already done 2 layouts in the 2 hours I was there. I came home and settled the children and then I set myself up on the kitchen bench and proceeded to do another LO. All 3 are for the design team challenges for the upcoming Scrappit newsletters, so I can't share right now. Anyway after my night was essentially ruined I awoke to a coffee already prepared Saturday morning, with Mark cooking eggs, and saying he would take both kids swimming. Hmmmm, there was a class on at Scraptacular, that would make up nicely for the night befores shemozzle. LOL!. So off I went, and you have seen the result in my previous post. Saturday arvo was lazy, washing and shit I think. I watched a DVD Saturday night, nothing spectacular, I did another LO at the same time though, very productive. (This one was for the July Scrappit pack. Lovely.

Then on Sunday, woooh what a big day. First up we had breakfast with some lovely friends who have recently moved to torquay. Then we went over to the Collingwood Animal farm. It was a bit dissapointing, several goats, 2 or 3 pigs, 1 cow and half a dozen horses, oh and a heap of sheep. Of course ducks and geese and a peacock. Not sure what else i expected of a farm. Anyway harry liked it, and it was only $10 for all of us, so not wasted. and it was beautiful and sunny. Then when you think the day is over, and I was feeling somewhar weary, as were the kids, Mark pulls off in a different direction, we ended up at the delicious brown cow for lunch. I was stuffed, Had a yummy charddy though. Home for a sloth around. I spent the rest of the day putting thru ENJO orders and watching Sunday night TV, one of my fave nights on the box, Monday is the other. Righto gotta go to sleepy bo bos. Remember the Goodies, hehe.
Hope you like the happy snaps. I might just point out, it is near impossible to get the bloody kids to look at the camera at the same time, let alone smile. But at least we have a recent family photo.
Cheers

A Recent Layout

Just wanted to share this lovely LO I did at a travel class yesterday, which I ended up at by default (will explain tonight when i do my proper catch up). I had to dick around a bit because the original class LO had several small pics, and I din't want to cut some of these up (especially as they were taken on a 35mm, and god only knows where the negatives are). I love scrapping old photos, and it is nice to scrap something other than children.
Right catch ya shortly.

Wat Up....

Not much really, but I am happy to say I did not eat 1 packet of salt and vinegar chips or have a glass of any alcoholic beverage between Mon - Thurs last week. And I made it to tonight this week, when i thought well I know I can do it, what am I trying to prove, my husband shits me, I need a drink. But I only had 1 (glass, not bottle, LMAO), so that is still very restrained.
My weekend away was lovely. Caught up with my sister and my good friend Andrea. Was fun. But I am a bit weary today.
I went to see Romolous, my Father this morning, Emmy had some creche orientation. So I took advantage of my kid free time, god when does that ever happen. I realised I go back to work in 2 weeks, shit. The movie was good, Eric Bana was very good.
Nothing else happening. I havent bought any clothes, did pop into Esprit today though, saw some nice pants on special. Cause what am i going to wear to work. I am still too fat for any of my old work stuff. LOL

I have no other goss, pretty dull really. Kids are well. Emmy still doesn't eat but is not fading away, and harry is enjoying being a boy - dinosours, army men etc.

catch ya soon

Ordered to update!!!!

Hello, Haven't really much to say, but I have been advised that i haven't blogged since Sunday. Oh the horror. LMAO. So this is just for you Annie : ) ,
I have lasted with NO alcohol or chips or twisties for that matter. Woo HOo, so proud of myself. I took Harry and Emmerson swimming today, we had a lovely time. I have just packed ready to head to Deniliquin tomorrow to see my lovely sister Kim. I also have 2 ENJO demos. One with my dear friend Andrea, who lives in Echuca.
I must also mention I finally got my cuttlebug. It is a fantastic little die cutting and embossing machine. So very cute. I really wanted it for its embossing. Annie and I used it at a crop right at the start of May and have been coveting it since then.

Well that is it, i must go to bed so I am freshish for my big drive tomorrow, which I am sorry to say (for my fat pads around my abdo) that we may need maccas drive thru, just too easy.

Have a fabbo weekend dear pals.

Love Kaz

SuNDay ramblings!

Well unfortunately I din't get a sleep in, thought if i just stuck Emmy on the boob in my bed she would go back to sleep until 8 or so. No such luck. She stayed awake from about 7 I think, mind you had woken for a feed at 5.15 (for those thinking 7 isn't that bad).

Mark is home, had a great night, but has been verging on spewing all morning, LMAO. God don't know the last time I was that pissed. It would be nearly 4 years. Don't get me wrong, I have had several nights where I have had 1 too many wines and had a headache and felt mildly shabby the next day, but not really pissed. But alas I still drink too much I feel, which lead me to consider going on the wagon for a week. Speaking to Annie last night, and under the influence of vino (LOL) we declared we would not drink or eat salt and vinegar chips for 2 weeks (another daily vice ATM). Ok, alright... I think I am going to admit defeat already. LMAO.I realised on waking this morning that I head to my sisters this coming weekend, and will NOT be able to have no charddy. So as a warm up, I am thinking that perhaps the challenge could be no charddy and S & V during the week, Mon thru Thurs.I was stupid to agree to 2 weeks in the first place, I mean honestly. When I was considering it for myself I only thought 1 week, so Annie 2 was over the top wasn't it! So I admit I am weak, and as an introduction to staying dry, I vow to not drink or each chips Monday thru to Thursday. Sorry Annie, I know I have let you down, but at least I am honest. After my shopping epidition yesterday and another big one thru last week I also vow (god this will be hard) that I WILL NOT buy any new clothes for myself or the kids for 1 month (harrys is wearing his new army pjs that I got yesterday, and looks very cute). Jeez. and while I am at it I WILL NOT buy any scrapping supplies (except for page protectors, which i desperately need, and possibly a cuttlebug which I have already half bought off ebay). Good lord, wish me luck. I will even write the vow on my whiteboard in the kitchen.

Well Emmy is due a sleep, so I might try to scrap, have washing to do too, boring. I will leave you with a pic from christmas of my mum, sister and me, just for your interest. Cheers
