Slow and steady wins the race!!

well I found this cool site on another blog, where you can track your weight loss. It's very groovy I think. Not sure about my date of achieved weight, but really 4 months shouyld be adequate, although that works out at 1 kg a week, and not sure if I can manage that. Because although i want to lose it, i don't want to starve or turn into a health freak (never going to happen).

Right off to do a demo in Frankston, it doesn't sound real promising, but fingers crossed.

Chat soon : )

Thank God it's Friday!!

Well not really, it doesn't make too much difference to me, although it means Mark is around and can entertain Harry, so I can try to scrap or clean the house or do washing or....no same ol, same old. Have had a good week, dinner Wednesday night with mothers group, good to catch up, as many are back to work or have different activities, so we don't see ech other much. Yummy food too. Had coffee with a girlfriend today, whilst Harry had a play. Have weighed in of course, this breast feeding really works a treat for weight loss...so far 4.4 kgs. God imagine how much I would lose if I exercised everyday and ate REALLY healthy. But alas, that ain't gunna happen. But I am much improved which is a good thing, and I wore a brand new t shirt today that was just stored in my wardrobe, that was fairly costly, and it is a yummy lime green with beautiful stitching and stuff on it, and previously it was a bit too rolly (oops I mean I was a bit too rolly ), but today I thought i would try it again, and sure enough it was ok. Always motivating when you see results.

Might attatch a layout for your enjoyment, (my siblings L - R ; Me, Leigh, Jon and Kim

Whats new pussycat?

Not much really. It has been hot here, 4 days in a row. Wow, we are not used to that. mark did a triathalon yesterday, yes I know he is mad. Then we went for a trip over to Scienceworks. harry had a great time.We are now waiting for his alfalfa head to grow. (they had a little workshop where the kids could make them, so cute). Taffy and I enjoyed a walk tonight. Did I mention that Bear , our other dog , who was only 8 passed away suddenly a few weeks ago. Taff has been so sad and lost But she is enjoying the extra attention from us.
I have tickets to Keith Urban, should be enjoyable., a rare trip of pleasure on my own.

well the TV viewing has hotted up again. Although the finale of So you think you can dance finished last night. But I have greys anatomy and house back, and also the new one ugly Betty, and of course there is Desperate housewives, and another newie brothers and sisters. I know it is a sad existence, but it is nice to just chill out in front of mindless TV after a day of chores and children, he he he.

Have a great week friends.

A Little Secret!

Well not that much of a secret, but i have been too scared to tell you, because then the pressure is on. OK I'll tell you. I re joined weight watchers. Yes it is true I am a fatty boombah. I am back to the weight i was when I got pregnant with Emmerson, but that was overweight. I won't admit how much just yet, but I will say my goal is 60 kg. I would love to be 58 kg, but that would entail starvarion and way more exercise, and I love food and don't particulary like exercise, so that won't work. But it is week 5 now I think, and thanks to breastfeeding, some walking and less junk food I have lost 3.2 kg. Was very naughty last week, so back to being better this week.

I have seen grooovy little graphs for weight loss, so maybe I should get one of those.

See ya when i'm skinnier.

He he he

Catch Up!!

Well it has been a couple of weeks since I had a chat with you, but life just gets in the way. i have had a busy time, with paed nurse committee meetings and ENJO demos. Had a demo in Geelong last night, which was well worth the trip. Also caught up with one of my good friends Jen and her little girl Eliza. I went to the movies last week and saw Dreamgirls, it was very enjoyable. Emmy enjoyed it too. LOL. Mark and I also got a night out in, thanks to the lovely Jess for babysitting. Mark and I enjoyed dinner and then saw Hannibal Rising, a bit gory I know, but we do enjoy Hannibal Lector.

I am doing a fundraiser ENJO demo for Harry's creche this week. Should be good. I had a catch up with 2 of the girls from my pre natal group last week. Always good to see what they are up to. Harry had a blast at the playcentre where we went. He was soo well behaved, i was very proud.

Well it is getting late. mark is doing a tri in the morning, so i best get some rest as the kids will be all mine for the morning. And here the 2 cutest ones are, just taken tonight.

Til next time, hugs.

P.S don't be afraid to leave a comment, would love to hear from you.
