This was our dinner last night it was divine. I cooked it in my slow cooker, all it was , is a sachet of taco seasoning and a tin of tomatoes poured over my chicken thighs, and cooked for 6 hours on low, and I served it like this, with lettuce, tomatoe, grated cheese and carrot, sour cream and guacomole, I didn't even wrap mine, I just ate it like an open sandwhich. It was better than our fave mexican resturant. Yummo. If you don't have a slow cooker, then you best go out and get one.
