A few pics to look at..
Just a few little happy snaps from recently. Me being Martha Stewart / Stephanie Alexander, and baking (tasted yummy too), the kids making mud pies at 0830 in the morning, playing bikes in the front yard, Harry at the park and Emmy and Taffy.
We had a nice weekend. I attempted operation clean up scrap. This consisted of several phases. I am up to phase 3. I managed to put my scrap mags in nice neat piles, out of the way, and clean out my plastic containers. So next thing is the actual desk. It just seems like a huge task, but I know once I start it will be effortless. On Sunday I managed to go to Southland by my self (aaaaah!) and get some pics printed , and get an electric beater so I could make the banana cake. They cost $12.95 from coles. How cool, and they are great. Yesterday we went over to friends fro a BBQ at Williamstown. I have my brother and his family here, so H is enjoying fun times with his cousin, who is only 7 1/2 months older. Last night I managed to watch the dixie chicks dvd "Shut up and Sing". This was a really close and personal look at all of the drama surrounding Natalie's comment about the war and President Bush. I had no idea the extent that this affected the band, and the death threat that was so real. To the point of naming a date and time and location. I really can't believe that people can take someone's comment to such an extreme. Particulary in America where they go by the saying freedom of speech. In seeing the actual comment, it really was just an off the cuff remark. People then had picket lines, and crushed their CD's etc. This to me is a bit childish and narrow minded. Natalie wasn't saying anyone else had to agree with her. It was just her way of expressing her feelings about the war. It was just blown so way out of proportion, and I am glad the whole band stuck to their guns, and continue to make wonderful music.
Today I am excited because my brother is still here, and so I have managed to get to the gym already. I also had a package at my front door. Yea my Stampin! UP was here. Woo Hoo. maybe my brother can take the kids to the park so I can play.
OK gotta go sort shit.
Peace

Biggest bargain of all time..
Just wanted to pop in say Hi and show you the biggest bargain of all time.
You know when you don't need something, and kids certainly don't need more toys, especially just after christmas, but when it is soo cheap you just have to buy it. Well this was the case. I nearly got harry a pirate ship for xmas, and couldnt find one I liked, so thought maybe for his birthday which is in April. So here we were in KMart over the weekend when I spot this big hummer , that is $10, I thought ow bargain, and then read the big yellow sticker on it, which explained the remote and its front wheel were missing, so as i put it back Harry goes cool pirates, i want this. So I look at it and think cool, how much?? what only $5.00. You have to be kidding, so I look at the yellow sticker and it says damaged box and some staining on toy. I thought whatever looks ok to me. So Harry has been getting a bit of pocket money as incentive to clean his toys up, get dressed and go to bed when asked. Only $2 a week or so, and it is a hard concept as a week is a long time etc, but it is gettin ghim into the idea. He also has heaps of change as mark used to give him his change out of his pockets after work. So He has been allowed to buy 2 things recently with his own money. So we said it was his pocket money.
But it is awesome, can't find any "staining". The ship makes noises and 1 of the walls also makes noises, like a cannon and seagulls. There is an octopus, shark, parrot, crocodile, 4 men, a little paddle boat with paddles, canon with balls and 2 fortress walls. What a find. here is H enjoying his cheap shit toy, hehe.
Ok gotta go do a bit of grocery shopping, going to try some new recipes in the slow cooker this week.
Stay well. Kaz
I did it!!

If any one wants the catalogue (which is a lovely booklet featuring all products and card and layout ideas) then email me and I am happy to get one for you, cost $10.00, or if you host a workshop you get 1 for free).
I can't wait to get my box of goodies.
Cheers for now, and happy creating.
P.S I will make a card as soon as I get my stuff and post it on here.

I'M so excited and I just can't hide it....
I'm about to lose control and I just can't fight it. God I can barely contain myself, these ads for Australia's version of so you think you can dance is too much to handle. LOL. what a teaser, jeez it better live up to my expectations! Bring it on I say.
I have had a lovely weekend. As you know I went to the gym, which goes so quick it is good. I then went over to Werribee with the kids to a little gathering for Ty's 11th birthday, (my neice). I also called in to see Jan at Scrappit, and I only spent $30. Pretty good. Hard with 2 kids hanging off me to spend too much, I must say. I got a really cute christmas embossing folder for my cricut. it was a lovely little drive. Always good to see family.
In other breaking news ..I actually got 3 Layouts done over the weekend, which is amazing. As since the start of the year I have had no time, motivation or mojo. So it is a welcome return. They are upcoming LO for the Elsie's 52 challenges, which we as design team are doing over at . The challenge layouts feature in our weekly newsletter, so sign up to recieve your weekly dose of scrapping inspiration. I watched half of the Davinci Code last night, which I copied to DVD from Foxtel, as we have subscribed to the showcase package, so I could see Satisfaction , the hot new Aussie drama. it is a good package actually, I don't need to hire DVD's. I watched the other half today, and then the family watched Ratatouille. We also went to see Mark do a TRi, but he never left me any details, so I had no clue where I was going or how long he would take and thought I would just bumble thru and find it in Brighton. Hence when I rang him, he was already home and showered, oops. SO we picked him up for a yummy breakfast at the local cafe. Whose windows needed a good clean, they were soo streaky. So I told the owner he needed ENJO (hehe, he was keen to have a look) . Speaking of which they have some great specials on ATM, and new products, a body lotion and body wash, which compliment our recently released candle and room spray. Really nice. You can check out more details and great tips on my ENJO blog over at . I can do a one on one, where I just come and chat, show you what you are interested in, a demo , where you need 2 friends and a dirty bathroom and earn free ENJO, or if you already have it I can take orders via text, email or phone. A really great product that does what it says.
I am currently enjoying a massive serve of pizza from our local We usually get this every Sunday, but haven't had it all year
OK, well I am outta here. I will leave you with a funny layout. It was a challenge of something unusual (I think) in my life. I couldn't think of anything so I scrapped how I like my toilet roll to come over, and I even have been know to change it at friends houses, PMSL!! I don't think I have put this on my blog, if I have apols :)
Catch you through the week, hugs

2 in 12 hours,
it is a record, but I jumped on to check out a few things, and thought why not. I am on the desk top, so have more layouts and pics.
Just been to the gym, Yes good girl I hear you say. I have had a pretty good week , eating faitly healthy (except fish and chips, but hey one has to enjoy life), so I think I am working my way up to acvtually counting points, because one can still over indulge in good things.
Here is a LO I did for a challlenge over at www.scrappit.com.au (I just worked out how to insert a link, der). the design team are doing elise flannigan's 52 challenges, come over and join us. The pic in this LO is really crap, hence I changed it to black and white. It is from xmas last year at our family gathering in Bendigo pre christmas.
On a more exciting note, my DH found my video camera charger, it has been missing for ever, over 6 months, and I am missing so much of Emmy growing up and the kids in general. I had priced a new one recently and it was going to be $120.00 woo. So it was in the corner of our front lounge in amongst a heap of my ENJO shopping bags I use for orders!, how it got there I will never know.
OK best go get sorted for our little outing.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Cheerio
P.S thanks so much for stopping by :)

Lovely day..
Today I had Sarah visit with her kids. We had talked about catching up for so long, it finally came to fruition. Sarah used to work at the LSS, and we always got along when i went to the shop. Then she left and we chatted occassionally and said we should have a playdat with the kids, especially our 2 sons - both Harrisons and close in age. Well the kids had a ball, and played sooo well together it was uncanny. There were actually tears when hometime came. LOL.
Sarah thank you soo much for coming to visit. As i said to you, it is so hard to fit in ones own friends, and your own life, that to actually fit in a "new" friend can be tricky. But we did manage to sort a day, and I can truly say I had a wonderful day. We chatted about every thing from kids, husbands, scrapping , photography to wor and Pandora, hehe. I think we have a lot in common and look forward to the next playdate, which Harry is already planing, LMAO! Perhaps I will bring a Scrappit pack to do.
In other news, ummm, my sister Kim left yesterday. Bye Sissy,.... we had a lovely time and enjoy your company as always. Harry and Emmy both dote on you soo much. It is quite adorable and precious. Thanks for all you help, washing, dishes, child minding etc. hope to see you soon.
I have made my list of things i want when I sign up for Stampin Up, very soon i think, especially as the Govt tells me they owe us money, bonus (doesn't matter that Mark owes them 4 times as much, LOL). The brand is so nice, and the products quiet delish.
HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH (that is from Harry , who says it is his name, not the letter of his name, hehe.)
Mark is as fit as ever, having just recommenced the summer series of triatholons. He is actually looking very skinny, his ribs are sticking out. I told him he looks like Nicole Ritchie. I am trying to be good, after super indulging ever since xmas and new year. So in saying that I am off to the gym. By e for now.
Hugs kaz
PS feel free to leave a comment, I am feeling very unloved :(

Hey there.
Not much happening here. We had a pleasant weekend away in Apollo Bay. Harry had a blast playing with his cousins. I saw Attonment last week, it was very good. My sister is here and we are off for a play tomorrow. i have an annual leave day, so we are going to scrap, see 27 dresses and have dinner. Lovely, and how civil.
I am watching my wednesday TV (the starter wife and satisfaction) so I must go. Here is a pic of a LO i did recently (it is a pic not scanned so is a bit crap, but i have no other pics on my (crappy) laptop. Yes I bought a bargain cheap ACER. did I already mention that, good my senility is just getting worse. Oh I am also a heartbeat away from signing up from becoming a Stampin up! consultant, just love love their stuff. Mostly to get a discount, but happy to do demos if people want. Stay tuned.
Love and joy Kaz

Zipedy doo dah..
Happy New Year to everyone. Wow 2008. I am getting so old, LOL. My new years resolution is to not only get slimmer, but to also organise my organised life. You see I like it organised, but I can't keep up at the moment, so it is all feeling out of control. Things like picture files on my computer, my file (reciepts etc), kids old clothes, etc. All of the things that get put aside need a clean up.
I am happy to report I got a new cheapo laptop. which is all I need to ensure I can multi task - meaning watch TV, whilst blogging, typing up some report from work, searching ebay, LMAO, and to burn DVDs to of course.
We are off to Apollo Bay tomorrow for 3 nights, a bit of a traditional get away with the inlaws, sister in law and cousins. Can be stressful but also nice to get away, and Harry loves seeing his cousins. I have packed some scrapping, so that is promising We have fun playing trivial pursuit and scattegories whilst drinking alcohol of an evening, which usually entails much laughter.
Right keep up the good work with your resolutions, I start mine officially next week, i am just practicing this week, hehe.
I will leave you a sweet pic of Emmerson and our dog taffy, who takes so much shit from the 2 kids it is unbelievable. She is a saint of a dog.
Cheers :)
