How Time Flies!

God it is such a common saying, but honestly where does the bloody time go. Not only is my baby 3 years old, YES 3. Good lord, but my princess is 8 months old today. Oh dear they will be at uni before i can blink. Look at them, how sweet. He he do I sound just a bit biaised, ok I know!Well as I said , life just slips away. Now to our trip. We drove and I must say the kids were fantastic. We vmade several stops along the way for food, petrol and boob, and God bless in car DVD. A very well spent $300 I must say. Worth every cent, considering i often travel to the country. We went to Sydney over Easter for a wedding, Marks friends (and mine now) , it was a lovely relaxed time. The kids came for a little while, and Harry had a blast dancing and watching the bongo drum players and fire dancer. Very groovy.

We stayed in Sydney for 4 nights, had a lovely time in Manly, very beachy. Shopped and ate. And Harry had a blast playing in the beach, bit cold for me I must say. But kids they don't care. We then headed to Merimbula on Easter Monday. Neither of us had ever been there, so we were looking forward to it. Left a bit later in the day, so didn't get there til 7 pm. and all very weary by then. We stayed at a big park in a cabin. It was awesome for a family. Right on the beach, and with 2 pools, including a wading pool. kids activities and a big jumping pillow. Harry was in his element. What a lovely few days. Back home on Friday, where Harry had a friends party on Saturday and we had Harry's party on the Sunday. He had a ball, thanks all that came, and for his fab presents, he loves them all. What a great day, easter egg hunt, egg and spoon race, pass the parcel, pinata and face painting. One mum even asked me if i did professional kids parties, LOL. What a compliment.

I have half finished my Uni subject, woo hoo. I will soon have my Masters of Nursing. Wow. Well life doesn't sit still, we start playball tomorrow. I felt Harry had probably grown as much as he could with Gymbaroo, although he still enjoyed it, he can climb and balance like a monkey, so time for some new skills. Playball teaches balll skills (obviously), kicking, throwing, hand /eye co -ordination, but also teamwork. So I think it will be great, and he loves ball games.

Emmerson is a divine, sweet, gorgeous cherub. But she hates food, not interested. The look of disgust and horror if a spoon goes anywhere near her mouth. She isn't rolling from back to tummy, just a gorgeous little slug, he he. That breast milk must be gold, cause she is still on 75th percentile for weight, and 50 % for height. She is very animated thought, and babbles away, and is waving and clapping hands (when she says so though, not when we ask her to, after we have asked and she thinks we aren't looking).
Ok, we are off to Echuca, one of my dear friends is having a party for her 40th (eek). Start saving girls, I think we might haver to do a weekend away in Noosa for my big 4 0 !!
Catch Ya soon.
Love Kaz

WEEKend shenanigans

What a weekend we have had, lovely weather, (mostly) and a wonderful day out today.
Yesterday mark had the kids much of the day while i did an enjo delivery and then met with my mentor for my study. I then watched a DVD last night whilst I did a layout mixed in with some study (very good at multi tasking).

Today Harry, Emmerson and I went into the city on the train to meet Mark after he comleted the run for the kids. He ran 15km with 26,000 other people. He did it in 1 hour and 9 minutes, so he was very happy. We enjoyed a wonder around and a lovely bite to eat.

I am now in the process of mentally preparing to pack for our big trip away.
In the meantime i am trying to complete my second computer conference for uni (I got 10/10 for the 1st one, so was extremely happy), whilst I watch my Super Sunday TV line up>
